Crafting From The Heart Challenge 18

Hi there,

Today I have a cute little tag for you as my DT project for challenge 18 at CFTH.  The challenges are always anything goes so it's super simple to enter.

This tag will be for my niece for her 2nd birthday which is coming up shortly.  I have used up some scraps for this tag, yay and I tried to keep it simple. Although when I do simple it still seems to take a while, sigh.
